Here are the rules:
- The weights have to be cleaned from the floor
- If scaling, loads must be scaled to an appropriate difficulty (things should be just as hard for both people involved)
- If you cannot do Overhead Squats, you will be doing Front Rack Lunges
- 4 minutes of rest between challenge
